Gartner Group a récemment publié une étude indiquant que la composition d’application couplée au BPM va changer radicalement l’approche du développement d’application. Cela démontre que les travaux que W4 a engagé depuis deux ans étaient visionnaires avec son offre BUSINESS FIRST.

Gartner’s Top 5 BPM Predictions for 2010 And Beyond

Like the beginning of any other year there’s been a lot of crystal ball gazing about what will and will not happen in the year ahead. Gartner is no exception with their latest report on business process management highlighting what they see as the five major trends in business process management for 2010 and beyond.

Before taking a quick look at them, worth noting as an overriding trend and identified by Janelle Hill, research vice president at Gartner, is that business process management will be extended to include the management of unstructured work and data.

« New BPM technologies will enable the management of unstructured and dynamic processes to deliver greater knowledge worker productivity and competitive advantage,” she said.
